Book Fact for the week!

Did you know that the Dictionary, both the Merriam Webster and the American Heritage, was banned from libraries in various schools. The Merriam Webster was banned in a California elementary school in January 2010 for its definition of oral sex. "It's just not age appropriate," a district representative said.

That is just CRAZY! Right? I mean, really? The DICTIONARY?! What's are they going to ban next?!

Good bet it won't be the Bible, although it could be - some groups may be partial to one version over another!

This really is ridiculous....I remember in eighth grade seeing a book called The Underground Dictionary. It had definitions of every swear word you could imagine! Now that book would make these yahoos' heads spin!
